North Carolina Police Investigating Murder At An Airbnb Pool Party That Left 1 Dead, Another Injured

Authorities are piecing together a murder at an Airbnb pool party in Union County. One person was shot and killed early Sunday morning. Another person was injured. The Union County Sheriff’s Office tells WSOC in Charlotte that as many as 300 people were at the party. Airbnb suspended the listing, as well as the person who booked it. “From what I understand this was a two-day party going on at this location,” Tony Underwood with the Union County Sheriff’s Office says. “We had been here a couple of times within the past twelve hours over noise complaints.”
